Our Agents have experience in Customer Service, you can trust their professionalism.

Our cleaners have different backgrounds, they have experience and we have to input some conditions before they sign up with us.

We will have to check the following details before using new cleaner’s services:

- We will check an Identification to prove their identity: that is a passport (with a valid working permit) or an UK driving licence;

- We will check a proof of address which will be a bank statement or an Utility bill, or an UK Driving licence;

- We will have to identify a next of kin for our cleaners for Emergency purpose;

- Cleaners will need to have permission to do Cleaning work in UK and we will ask cleaners to be self-employed;

- We will request from our cleaner 2 written references from previous customers to prove their reliability, trustworthy and confidence. We will have to check these references as part of our recruitment guideline;

- We will request our cleaners to pass a basic test for written and spoken English so she can manage by her own.

- We will appoint our cleaners to a test based on general cleaning, ironing, timing, presence, conversation, orientation, flexibility. This test happens in different properties allocated for this purpose under the supervision of an instructor.

- Our cleaners will have to pass this test as a condition to keep our services up to a very high standard.
